About the Space
Our indoor venue features brand-new blonde floors, neutral walls, and flexible open space, ideal for small classes and creative events.

Pricing Structure
We want to make it easy and affordable for small businesses to teach here!
Instead of charging hourly rental fees, we simply ask for a 15% share of your ticket sales. Most vendors build this into their price (e.g., a $30 ticket becomes $34.50). This model allows you time to set up, host your class, and clean up.
Vendor Responsibilities
To keep the space welcoming for all, vendors must:

Sell their own tickets (we’ll help promote!)

Clean up after your event (vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, clean dishes, remove trash, etc.)

Sip & Shop
Join us for mornings at The Landing at Moyock—an easy, affordable way for local businesses to connect with the community!
Held most Monday through Friday (closed some Wednesdays) with some weekends, this pop-up opportunity places your business right beside the well-loved Me + You coffee trailer, drawing in the morning crowd for coffee, connection, local shopping, and you’ll be the only vendor onsite for the day - meaning all attention is on you!​
Here's what to Expect:

We advertise vendor hours from 8 AM–12 PM, though the coffee truck is open from 7 AM–1 PM on weekdays —you're welcome to stay for the full time!

Set up either beside the coffee trailer or under our covered overhang in front of trailer

Bring your own table and chair (tent optional; no electricity provided)

$30 per weekday and $50 per weekend day to reserve your spot

We’ll post your pop-up on our monthly social media calendar, but we encourage you post on your social media and share on local FB groups for more exposure
This is a great opportunity for small businesses who want to grow local visibility, or just enjoy a low-pressure, high-traffic environment in a supportive setting.
The Moyock Monthly Market
A once-a-month community market at The Landing at Moyock—running year-round!
Held on one Saturday each month from 10 AM–3 PM, the Moyock Monthly Market is your chance to be part of a thoughtfully curated shopping experience that highlights the best of local makers, small businesses, artisans, and specialty food vendors.
This is not your typical overcrowded market—we limit vendor spots to 25–35 per event, creating a more intentional experience for shoppers and giving vendors better visibility and engagement. With both indoor and outdoor space, the market runs 12 months a year, rain or shine.
Who We're Looking For
We welcome a variety of businesses including:

Handmade products (jewelry, candles, art, home decor, etc.)

Boutiques and vintage finds

Bakers, jam-makers, spice blends, and other packaged food vendors

Service providers and small business owners

Two rotating food trucks per market

Permanent on-site favorite: @meandyoucoffeeco trailer, serving coffee all day!

Please note: We do not accept direct sales or MLM vendors (e.g., Scentsy, Mary Kay, Paparazzi, Color Street, etc.) at this time. We aim to highlight handmade, locally-owned, and original small businesses at our events.​​

Your spot is not confirmed until full payment is received. No spaces are held without payment.
A small discount is available for Venmo payments (details included in your invoice).
Once paid, your date will be locked in and added to our calendars.
Promote The Event
After securing your spot, begin promoting your event on your business pages and local Facebook groups.
We’ll include you in our monthly calendar and social posts.
